Data generated by the scanners in the Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre are securely transferred to the High Performance Hub for Clinical Informatics (HPHI) for processing and archiving. To access the imaging data users should apply for an account which will be linked with their WBIC protocol number.
The HPHI was funded by part of the MRC Clinical Research Infrastructure Award which refreshed the imaging hardware of the Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre, and has been developed and is managed in close collaboration with the University High Performance Computing Group. It forms part of the BioCloud initiative for the integration of medical and biological datasets with high performance computing facilities. The HPHI imaging nodes are hosted in the West Cambridge Data Centre with storage and offsite backup provided.
For information about how to apply for an account, instructions for access, and information about the software installed in the HPHI, University of Cambridge users should log on using the button in the top right hand corner. Links will then appear in the menu to the left.
