This year it will be 20 years since the Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre first opened. It is also a year in which we have completed a major refurbishment of the WBIC's scanning and lab equipment. Funded by the MRC, we have recently installed a new 7T MRI system, a new PET/MRI system, and upgraded all the other scanners and WBIC facilities.

To celebrate the many past achievements of the WBIC on its 20th birthday, and to look forward to what we will be able to achieve with many partners in Cambridge and elsewhere in the coming years, we are organising a day of scientific presentations at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus followed by dinner at Robinson College.
